Pros
The real time production monitoring along with its machine data collection is one of the best parts of using this platform. It gave a clear view of what was happening across the shop floor, made it much faster to spot bottlenecks and helped improve overall production efficiency. The reporting tools and KPI tracking were particularly valuable when it came to making decisions based on actual data.
Cons
Some parts of the interface feel a bit outdated and the initial setup and configuration can be fairly complicated. New users may need training to really understand everything the system offers and any customization usually takes extra time along with technical know how.
