“Great tool for detailed scheduling”
Pros
The database runs smoothly on our local server and never encounters any failures. Implementing it was relatively easy. It works really well with Excel for masterdata analysis and managing planning data loads. One standout feature is the ability to report back on previous steps at any selected operational step in a process, which is highly beneficial. The system's predictability is commendable, and the support team is readily available and responsive.

I don't have anything to mention. We have encountered very few issues with Orchestrate.

Pros
Having used Orchestrate for over 8 years, I am very much satisfied with its performance. It simplifies daily processes and provides the necessary flexibility for the FMCG industry. The seamless integration with other programs and the consistent support received during upgrades have been excellent throughout these 8 years!
Cons
I noticed that some older options have been removed in the newer version, and I really wish they had stayed or at least provided users with the choice to use them or not. It's not a major issue, but having that option would have been a nice bonus.
