Pros
It is a good tool. I can easily create many campaigns and run them. Creating lists are easy too. Realtime sharing of contacts had been made possible due to the salesforce integration which helped in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
Cons
It is a little costly compared to other products, and I think the reason might be the pre-built integration with Salesforce.

The user interface is easy to use. The system is quite flexible. It gets the information that we need. The data that is collected for each lead is complete and useful. It gives the ability to track leads and effectively score them as well. The information generated is easy to use and share with our sales rep.
Cons
The summary report sometimes fails to send, we actually don’t know why that happens. It might be a fault at our end or the company’s end, not sure though, and it’s just a minor issue.

We have heard so many good things about Salesforce and we had the idea that this would be great as well, but no. Pardot is not that great. It is very frustrating and disappointing. It has a very limited set of features. The support isn’t great at all. The price of this tool is way too much.

It is easy and fun to customize the emails accordingly. We always have to send out emails, and with the help of this tool, it is now easy to send and manage it. Pardot has great knowledge in legal email opt outs as well, which is great.
Cons
It does not integrate with CVNET. It would be better if they offer more integrations so that we know the information and details between the 2 software.

For me this tool is really important as I am a sales guy and have to send out marketing and sales emails to customers and prospects. My experience has been great with this tool. The thing that I most like about this product is their customer support team. They are active and responsive. They are always there to help you. They’re available 24/7, just for their customers.
Cons
The cost of this product is a bit expensive as compared to other products, but I would also say that it is worth it.

Cons
If you want to change the template of an email, you need to know HTML and CSS. Adding photos to the email is also a bit tricky. The tool is very complex to use.

It is the easiest tool out of all others that I’ve used before. It also allows us to integrate with Salesforce. It provides useful reports and analytics. It helps us in tracking prospects and their behaviour. It helps us manage contacts.
Cons
This can be an internal fault at our end but sometimes Pardot does not let you see the changes that you’ve made or save your changes. The images also do not load at times.

Pardot is a good product, but I won’t consider the best. It has good features and functionalities available and setting up email flows is easy but for that one needs to have proper knowledge of it. Creating lists is simple, and much more easier than many other products.
Cons
If you’re new to using this product then it might take a lot of your time just to learn how to use it and getting to know all of its functionalities. You do need to have a proper idea of salesforce as well to know what to use it for and how to get your work done.

“Easy and Robust software”
Pros
This product is so easy to use, that anyone can easily learn it in 20 to 30 minutes. It has helped me with my campaign planning and sending out emails. Creating contacts and sending follow up emails is easier than you think and can be done within a minute. Doesn’t consume much of your time, which is awesome.
Cons
The search sometimes doesn’t work, because when you search for a contact it displays a message of “no result matched”, but when you try creating a new contact record for it, it pops up that it already exists.
