The software keeps track of sites that have already been evaluated for quality, with domain authority, page authority, and organic traffic assigned to each one. Every site also comes with a confirmed email and admin name attached, so there's no need to run a separate search through an outside SEO or contact tool. New sites get added regularly, and old or outdated listings are taken down, so the database stays current instead of sitting still.

Users can bring prospects into the platform in three ways: by searching for keywords, viewing the site database, or uploading an existing CSV of sites they've discovered on their own. All three paths are combined into a single working list, which can be filtered by authority, traffic, or niche and marked as authorized, denied, or held for review. This reduces the early research stage of a campaign to a single sorting step as opposed to multiple tabs.

Approved sites, whether saved from the database or uploaded via CSV, are moved to a permanent private library held by the account rather than a specific campaign. This library survives throughout campaigns, so a site approved for one client remains available for the next one rather than being lost when the previous campaign finishes, and it may be linked to a new outreach list directly from storage.

Every link placed, including its referring URL, anchor text, and status, is automatically logged and may be assembled into a professional report with a corporate logo and a custom written note, which can then be emailed directly from the dashboard. Campaign-level metrics such as open rate, response rate, and links put can be pulled into the same document by client or date range, providing agencies with a final deliverable without the need to create one in a separate design or spreadsheet tool.

Each client can be provided a live, self-service view limited to their own campaigns and prospect lists, allowing them to monitor progress at any moment, approve deliverables, and write comments linked to specific links. This provides clients with an ongoing status check that they may access at any time, apart from the periodic written report, and reduces the number of status update emails.

Team members can be added at no extra per-seat cost, then given a role like admin, manager, or contributor that controls what they're allowed to see, including billing or a specific client's data. Campaigns, prospect lists, and link orders can be handed off to individual people, and a shared dashboard shows what each person is working on, so a manager knows who's handling what without needing a separate project management tool.
