Overview
WhatsArab helps businesses manage WhatsApp conversations, broadcasts, and automated replies from one shared workspace built on the official Meta Cloud API. Teams that only need basic messaging may find its range of tools more than they use, but it can suit support and sales teams handling customer conversations at scale.

WhatsArab Features
Contact Management
Organize contacts with tags, custom fields, consent status and a customer timeline. Import contacts from CSV, with up to 5,000 rows per file, and use tags or selected recipient lists to define campaign audiences. Contacts are shared across workspace numbers, while conversations remain associated with their number. This provides contact management rather than a full sales pipeline.
AI Copilot
The inbox writing assistant can suggest a reply, improve an agent draft, translate between Arabic and English or summarize a conversation. Results appear in the composer for a team member to review and send; the assistant does not send the draft itself. Usage consumes the AI allowance of the plan and is subject to workspace limits.
Chatbot Builder
Build chatbot flows on a visual canvas with keyword or tag triggers, buttons, lists, branching, templates and human handoff. Add a smart-reply node grounded in your business knowledge base where configured. Test the flow in a dry-run simulator before publishing; the simulator does not send customer messages and its smart-reply path is simulated. Flow limits depend on the plan.
Broadcasts And Templates
Create and preview WhatsApp message templates, submit them to Meta for review, then use approved templates in broadcasts. Select recipients using tags or a list, preview the audience and schedule a campaign. Reports show delivery, read and failure results for individual recipients. Meta controls template approval and message policies; campaign limits depend on the plan.
Team And Roles
Invite teammates and assign workspace roles. Coordinate shared inbox conversations through assignment, internal notes, snoozing and closing. Configure business hours and away messages where needed. Audit logs record workspace activity; CSV audit-log export is available on eligible plans. The number of included seats and optional additional-seat charges depend on the plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number with WhatsArab?
Eligible WhatsApp Business app numbers can connect through Meta's Embedded Signup using Coexistence, allowing the app and WhatsArab to operate on the same number. Eligibility and onboarding requirements are set by Meta; this does not apply to personal WhatsApp accounts. Check eligibility during signup.
What happens when I reach my WhatsArab message limit?
WhatsArab applies monthly business-message limits by plan. Paid-plan overage is listed at $2 per 1,000 additional messages, separate from Meta charges. Automated sending may pause when limits are reached. Check your workspace usage and current plan terms before a campaign; upgrading increases capacity.
Can I export or delete my data from WhatsArab?
Contact data can be exported through supported tools, including CSV. Audit-log export is available on eligible plans. For account deletion or a data-access request, use the published data-deletion process or contact support. Retention and backup handling follow the current privacy and deletion policies; review these policies for applicable timelines.
How long does it take to set up WhatsArab?
Create a workspace and connect an eligible number through Meta's Embedded Signup, then configure contacts, teammates, templates and automation. Setup time depends on your requirements and readiness. Meta-controlled steps, including number eligibility, business verification and template approval, may take longer.
Do I need Meta Business Verification to use WhatsArab?
You can start onboarding without completing Meta Business Verification, subject to Meta eligibility and messaging limits. Verification or other requirements may apply as usage grows or for specific capabilities. Meta sets these requirements and review timelines; check the current WhatsApp Manager status rather than relying on a guaranteed approval time.
