The Worst Possible Support

Pros

My loyalty to Billage is solely based on its affordability; there are no other compelling reasons for me to stick with it.

Cons

The support was undoubtedly there, though the aspect did not seem to offer much resolution, leaving me feeling somewhat unresolved.

I don't recommend it at all

Pros

When reconciling my bank statements, I appreciate that I can link issued or expense invoices to the corresponding bank transactions. While it is not flawless, few programs in this category offer this feature.

Cons

I appreciated the staff's attention to detail and their technical expertise, especially in handling billing matters.

They overcharge whenever they feel like it

Pros

The support team, especially the previous staff, was highly professional, serious, and approachable. They provided excellent service, being attentive and proficient.

Cons

Since a new company took over, there have been constant, senseless price hikes and unexpected charges for services previously included in our packages.
