“evaluation of bitrix34 management software”
Pros
One of the things I appreciate most about Bitrix34 aside from its CRM capabilities is how it helps with task scheduling and involving project participants. I can send a simple task link to participants and I can also access it on my mobile device as it is responsive. This feature has been particularly useful during remote work in the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cons
Personally I have no complaints about the product as it fulfills all my requirements. However I suggest providing more video lessons for software operation.

“The worse worse CRM in the market”
Pros
There are numerous features available but unfortunately none of them work.
Cons
I strongly advise against purchasing this software. I bought it a month ago and it turned out to be a complete scam. It doesn't work the support team is unhelpful and there is a no-refund policy. I have attached screenshots from three weeks ago when I reported the issue and they asked for numerous screenshots. After that they informed me that they needed to escalate the problem to the support team. Three weeks later I still haven't received a response and when I inquired about it they once again requested more screenshots. It's the same operator same situation and no resolution. Stay away from this offer. The bug I encountered is that the client receives an automatic email every time they send me an email despite configuring it not to do so.
