It is very affordable and comes with a wide range of features.

Cons

Pros

It is easy to manage projects tasks and users. It is particularly beneficial for large companies.

Cons

The internal search system is limited and the statistics/reports feature has too few options with outdated charts. Documentation for API integration is also lacking. The design feels outdated and there is a lack of new features/updates.

Whether it's file management chat or task/workgroup management everything is conveniently integrated. The scalability of the platform is impressive accommodating both small operations and multinational businesses.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing to complain about. It delivers what it promises the cost is reasonable considering its offerings and the software is continuously being developed. Support for customizations and the self-hosted version varies depending on the partner company you work with.

Bitrix34 is an indispensable part of my daily life as it empowers me to create websites and offers affordable premium plans. It's a paradise for geeks with its extensive functionality and customizable options that fuel creativity.

Cons

Occasionally there may be some bugs in the system. Viewing on mobile devices is not always suitable and obtaining support from the staff can be frustrating at times as they are not the original creators of the platform. However despite having to repeat certain processes multiple times I remained patient with Bitrix34 and was pleasantly rewarded with a beautiful website that I am proud of.

Good platform for introducing a large company

Pros

Bitrix34 is invaluable for maintaining my customer base. Each client has their own information card and the dynamic search feature ensures I can find their card even if I don't remember their name or surname thanks to keyword recognition.

Cons

Despite being released several years ago cross-cutting analytics still has issues. Call records sometimes delete themselves and storing passwords in the SIP PBX in clear text is a major drawback.

While I haven't extensively used the program I can identify two key advantages: the ability to integrate IP-telephony and connect with social networks.

Cons
