Bitrix34 impresses with its extensive features for working with colleagues. The IP telephony functionality stands out as it is either absent or challenging to configure in many other CRMs. Additionally the customizable Kanban boards are a favorite allowing complete adaptation to business tasks.
Cons
Bitrix34's IP telephony functions well but other features have significant issues. Storing passwords in the SIP PBX in clear text is a major mistake that the support team refuses to address.

Pros
Bitrix34 provides an extensive range of tools that cater to all our task-related needs. We benefit from various features such as templates collaboration options time tracking reminders (including email notifications) and the automatic reactivation of paused tasks. The software also offers a versatile Gantt chart with different link options. Additionally the custom Kanban board allows us to tailor it precisely to our business requirements. We appreciate the convenience of the comprehensive task and event calendar available for both company-wide and department-specific use. The inclusion of robots and triggers simplifies routine tasks and the chat function is highly convenient whether accessed through the website or the desktop client. The mobile version is excellent for on-the-go access and the built-in IP telephony and mail integration (via IMAP) add further value. We find the automatic group/project chat for members extensive access rights differentiation and the attendance tracking calendar particularly useful. The meeting feature enables us to conduct efficient meetings and easily create meeting minutes. Bitrix34 even offers a wide selection of additional extensions including free options further enhancing its capabilities.
Cons
There is a lack of consistency between the new and old interfaces of Bitrix34. Not all parts of the portal have transitioned to the new interface leading to confusion. Some useful commands and buttons have been removed and are not being reintroduced. For example the option to "copy a task with or without nested subtasks" was simplified to only one option causing inconvenience. The new interface for tasks on the company page (CRM) is less user-friendly as it no longer provides a table view with search filter and sorting capabilities but rather a simple list without details. This transition to a new concept can be understood but is difficult to adapt to. To find company tasks we now have to navigate to the "Tasks and Projects" section and search by name even though we previously accessed tasks directly from the company's page ("Cases"). We utilize Bitrix34 for CRM (leads deals) visitor chats (directly from Yandex search results and the website) tasks projects meetings and events. It works well in a virtual machine and as long as there is an active license updates are successfully applied. Technical support typically responds within 34 hours and resolves most issues. We often provide restricted IP access to the portal which sometimes requires disabling it temporarily.

The all-in-one nature of Bitrix34 with its comprehensive solutions initially appeared to be the perfect software solution. However the user interface can be challenging to navigate despite its overall greatness.
Cons
It was challenging for me to customize the software to my liking. The interface felt clunky and burdensome and despite multiple attempts I couldn't develop a liking for it.

We were initially impressed by the ability to set up deals and effectively monitor their progress using Bitrix34. It streamlined our management process and facilitated customer follow-up.
Cons
When we set up the software we imported data from an old accounting program. Unfortunately the imported data was incorrect so we had to repeat the import process. This resulted in duplicate entries that required manual clean-up. Additionally some agents couldn't see certain customers until we made modifications to the company settings. The process was cumbersome and due to these unresolved issues we eventually switched to a different software solution.

The logic behind the product and its automations are impressive.
Cons
The CRM system is riddled with bugs and overlooked details. Their webmail is exceptionally poor. I would rate it as extremely unsatisfactory. Our company is losing money every day due to these issues. We receive empty messages lack the ability to view EML files and encounter problems with the IMAP settings. Emails go through their system and get filtered out causing messages to bounce back and be rejected. Other platforms like Roundcube and Gmail work flawlessly while Bitrix34 consistently rejects messages. The reports section lacks the option to include emails and phone numbers of contracts attached to deals rendering it useless for us. The ability to include these fields in the list view for deals is also absent. The Products section is incomplete lacking integration with the calendar and the option for automatic adjustment of available products based on deals. Permissions have very limited functionality allowing employees to view subscription settings or access CRM analytics. Email marketing lacks emoji functionality which is essential in modern marketing. Bitrix34 lacks integration with Google Drive and popular e-commerce solutions except for Codecanyon plugins.
