This software comes with exceptional customization features that allow for the creation of personalized graphics to present accounting information to customers. The user interface is appealing offering options for custom backgrounds and an impressive video theme. With Bitrix34 I can strengthen community engagement through activities group conversations across departments and commercial networks as well as calendars and work groups. Additionally Bitrix34 serves as an excellent tool for project and sales management facilitating seamless communication among all active members involved in company projects and keeping everyone informed.
Cons
The only negative aspect I have encountered with this software is its technical support. They take a long time to respond and their answers are often unclear. They have been unable to solve my problem during times when I needed their help.

While Bitrix34 offers many useful features it didn't impress us in comparison to other CRM options available. It's advisable to conduct thorough research. No standout unique or exclusive features were observed. Additionally forms/questionnaires sent to clients display the Bitrix34 logo whereas my company desires more "white label" options. They also removed the two-way email syncing feature for free account users which is important to note for those considering this option.

There is absolutely no customer service even for the affordable version! Numerous bugs affected our customer database rendering it unusable. We have tried to contact Customer Service regarding Technical Service or during our vacation periods but we never received a response. This situation has forced us to switch to a different CRM. It's unacceptable to wait weeks or months for a response. We requested a refund but even after months we have not received an answer. This feels like fraud.
