Unfortunately I had the opportunity to work with Bitrix34 for several years and it was quite a frustrating experience. It's challenging for me to find any significant benefits except for the presence of telephony functionality.
Cons
Bitrix has impressive functionality but nothing seems to work perfectly. Unfortunately the technical support turns a blind eye to these issues. I was glad to leave the company and forget about Bitrix. I strongly discourage anyone from working with this platform.

The user interface of Bitrix34 has an appealing resemblance to Google inbox which made it easy for me to adapt quickly. The UI team did an outstanding job of creating a layout that feels familiar to most users while still being unique to Bitrix. I found it comfortable to navigate and didn't require extensive training. Most actions are intuitive and straightforward such as creating clients and effortlessly managing them using the Kanban board. Whether it's dragging clients across the board or moving them to different buckets I could easily figure it out on my own. The seamless experience combined with the ease of use made working with Bitrix34 is simply the best.
Cons
The software lacks training segments and proper onboarding walkthroughs which means users have to spend time figuring out how to set up their CRM.

It proved to be a handy platform as it recognized and retrieved old numbers from previous calls making bulk calling more efficient. In addition it allowed for simultaneous incoming calls call recording contact list management and web conferencing. It was incredibly user-friendly requiring only headphones and a computer with WiFi. Unlike traditional telephone systems Bitrix34 eliminated the need to wait for service providers to provide call logs at the end of the month. It also offered features like voicemail and instructions for clients. Overall Bitrix34 was an excellent choice for conducting bulk calls at the workplace without the need for a dedicated telephone.
