Firstly the interface and functionality of Bitrix34 are exceptional. Everything you need is easily accessible from the dashboard. Secondly the project management functionality is impressive allowing for easy task assignment and team management. Lastly the notification system is efficient ensuring timely reminders and updates.
Cons

I had the opportunity to work in Bitrix34 but unfortunately I found most aspects of the platform dissatisfying. The only advantages I could find were the customizable kanban board and Telegram integration.
Cons
I suspect that the platform's design was created by non-professionals. There are too many distracting elements with numerous inscriptions icons and tools competing for attention simultaneously.

While it initially seemed to offer project management functionality with its kanban boards and sales statistics the execution fell short. Some employees mentioned its usefulness for displaying sales statistics but overall it lacked a cohesive and intuitive approach. Additionally it did include a Gantt chart feature.
Cons
The design is beautiful but the interface is terrible. The developers seemed more focused on an attractive appearance rather than ensuring the functions are useful and work properly.
