We have previously used Asana but decided to explore other options leading us to discover Bitrix34. Even in its free version (which has a time limit unless you commit or upgrade) it has surpassed our expectations. It serves as an all-in-one solution for team communication task management shared drive and even includes smart telephony. In addition to its primary role as a project management tool we have also utilized it as a secondary CRM system effectively managing our clients leads and contacts. We find it easy to create and download CRM reports using templates or customized formats tailored to our specific needs. Bitrix34 has truly impressed us with its comprehensive features and seamless integration making it a valuable asset for our organization.

Customization options are limited for admins and improvements are needed for the Grammarly plugin which works poorly on Bitrix34. Additionally synchronization with Active Directory is not possible.
