Bitrix34 offers a wide range of features in its free version making it an impressive software for small businesses. Its capabilities include Kanban and Gantt functionalities a customizable user interface with options for background customization and an integrated drive storage for convenient file storage. The messaging feature enables seamless communication with teammates and the task management system allows for assigning responsibilities and providing real-time feedback. Additionally the application is available on various platforms ensuring easy access and tracking. The efficiency feature provides valuable insights into task performance and the integrated webmail allows for reading emails within the Bitrix34 platform. Overall Bitrix34's free version offers ample features to meet the needs of small businesses.
Cons
The notification system of the application can be annoying as repetitive notifications appear each time I log in. This needs to be fixed.

Accessing team chats is always straightforward with Bitrix34.
Cons
The UI is extremely confusing and it plays sounds for every event. Teams primarily rely on the chat function and struggle to understand the tool. It doesn't automatically reconnect after network loss and recovery.

Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to try the product extensively. While it appears promising the trial version did not work and customer support was only available for paid members.
Cons
The customer support team is the most disappointing aspect. They refuse to provide any technical support unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Their provided literature is of no use.

Pros
It has numerous advantages including a chat system Kanban boards for task management work-time management and a cloud service that is extremely beneficial for enterprise use. It's hard to imagine working without it.
Cons
Bitrix34 is not a perfect solution and falls short in certain areas. One such area is its application which requires signing in through a web browser to access many features beyond chat and sync. Additionally its "Knowledge Base" is not a suitable alternative to platforms like Nuclino or a customized setup of MediaWiki/XWiki. The automation feature is lackluster and not user-friendly. Furthermore the worktime management functionality is quite buggy leading us to replace it with a fingerprint scanner for better management. Despite offering a wide range of features we only find ourselves making limited use of the service primarily for chat and cloud functions. Therefore while Bitrix34 has its offerings there is room for improvement in various aspects to make it a more comprehensive and reliable CRM solution.

Pros
The free trial was easy to set up and required minimal training for implementation. It allowed small businesses to have adequate staff and input from new clients to move forward with products and services. However onboarding new users required more investment and the robust CRM features were not fully utilized due to lower client volume.
Cons
The project was put on hold due to our team's lack of volume not due to any capacity or functionality issues with the product.
