Cons
There is significant room for improvement in terms of the user experience with Bitrix34. It would greatly benefit from a major redesign to enhance usability. Navigating through the various features particularly those related to project management can be confusing and not user-friendly. The software's configurations lack flexibility limiting the ability to tailor it according to specific needs. It would be highly beneficial to have features like a training scheduler or calendar management. Overall if the developers can focus on improving the user experience it would greatly enhance the usability and functionality of Bitrix34.

“Feature Rich But Too Complex”
Pros
We used Bitrix34 for almost a year before deciding to develop our own in-house intranet area. While Bitrix34 offered an abundance of valuable features some users found certain features to be complex or difficult to navigate. However the software's well-thought-out features can be adapted to any type of business or organization which is its greatest strength.
Cons
What I liked least about Bitrix34 was its excessive sophistication which proved challenging for many of our end users including myself as an IT developer. Additionally the software could benefit from a more affordable price and improved customization options. If the price were lower and customization were easier Bitrix34 would have been a valuable tool for us but unfortunately it didn't meet our requirements.

One of the standout features of Bitrix34 is the convenience of having all communication channels in one place. From managing company and customer calls to handling website inquiries and engaging in chat conversations with colleagues or clients Bitrix34 makes it incredibly easy and useful. The added benefit of being able to forward calls to other team members and having all interactions recorded for future review enhances its overall value and effectiveness.
Cons
I have no complaints. However our account was not connected to the company email requiring us to access it separately. It would be great if that feature was integrated into the software.

Personally I appreciate the ability to personalize the background with a picture and the user-friendly layout of the different tabs which makes finding information easier. Furthermore compared to other management tools that only allow up to five users Bitrix34 offers the option for up to 13 users for free.
Cons
This tool wasn't suitable for my team as we initially found it difficult to navigate even for the administrator. It's more suitable for tech-savvy individuals.

There are several changes that I believe would greatly improve Bitrix34. Firstly it should allow for meetings to be logged with multiple employees as the current limitation only permits one. Similarly the ability to log meetings with multiple contacts or companies would enhance flexibility. When I initially explored Bitrix34 as a free CRM option for a local nonprofit I discovered that it offered all the features I needed. However I found it extremely challenging to use and not very user-friendly especially compared to other CRM platforms I've used in my professional life. Uploading additional information was particularly difficult as it only allowed ASCII uploads requiring extensive data manipulation and consuming a significant amount of time. Despite its potential Bitrix34 proved to be a cumbersome tool that didn't meet my expectations for ease of use and efficiency.

The app's concept appears promising and it seems like it could fulfill a specific business need for us.
Cons
I faced significant difficulties while trying to access the app. Every time I attempted to log in I was prompted to enter my email address even though I hadn't created an account yet. The app was zoomed in on the email screen preventing me from zooming out to access other login options like Google or Facebook. If I made a mistake and clicked "Next" I could progress to the next screen and then go back to see the social login options. However selecting my account through social login would simply redirect me back to the main screen without any clear error messages or indications of success or failure. Despite multiple attempts I was unable to successfully access the app and was left frustrated with the experience.
