Pros

I have streamlined my processes thanks to pre-made templates, and setting up users is pretty straightforward too, which helps when setting up new employees. It takes a bit longer to create processes, but that’s because they can be automated afterward, which saves a lot of time in the long run. The price is slightly higher than average, but it is still reasonable given the number of features provided.

Cons

The web-based layout is perfect, but a dedicated mobile app would have been better so that we could set up our company tablets before handing them out to the construction team. Its also missing the feature to "remember" which fields we chose to be hidden or shown the next time we are performing the same task.

Pros

I was in charge of arranging an IT solution for our HR needs, such as hiring new employees, firing existing ones, requesting leaves, setting up new clients, etc. I ended up selecting Metatask since the user interface is simple and straightforward, making it simple to set up all of my workflows.

Cons

After using it for more than a year, I have a list of features I’d like to see added. such as conditions to exclude or include specific jobs and a means to establish request and approval pipelines. Exporting to CSV or Excel is also required.
