Pros:
Orbit Online integrates our information both about projects and employees. Our data is easily accessible and can be instantly exported to editable documents with our implemented designs. It has been a very effective software that is simple to use and pretty easy to understand,.So far we have not stumbled across any issues that may make us regret our decision to stick by Orbit. We have actually been recommending this software to a lot of our peers.
Cons:
We have not encountered any huge drawbacks with the software so far. At times, it becomes slow to respond but that could be a problem with our individual setup.

Pros:
It is a fantastic piece of software that Ive been using to assist with running my business. The user interface is simple and straightforward, allowing me to easily locate the information I require. Customer support is also quite helpful, and they have been eager to address any issues I have had. The software includes various functions that help me keep track of my customers, projects, and cash, as well as an invoicing feature. Overall, this software is excellent and I strongly recommend it.
Cons:
Since this software helps us in assisting through so many areas, it can definitely be a tricky software to get a hang of. Not only this, but it can be a bit slow at times when I am performing certain tasks. Additionally, the invoicing feature could be improved to make it easier to use.

Pros:
It has simplified file sharing and documentation. We can completely tailor the client interface as well as use numerous customizable templates. Not only do these features make our tasks super smooth, but they also give the software a smart outlook, which is crucial for market-competitive software. Tools for task and idea management aid in pipeline management and prioritizing. For milestone monitoring and time tracking, the software generates alerts and notifications. All these amazing features are the reason this software remains the best choice we made so far.
Cons:
My complaint is only about the app. I wish to have more functionality to manage projects and tasks using Mobile App. The usage eventually becomes boring and sometimes lags a bit. If the app can be modified a bit more, that would be great.

Pros:
Orbit Online offers a strong set of functionality in a nice layout that is not cluttered or obtrusive. it has potential for expansion, but its developers and support personnel are responsive, and it has the foundation of a long-term project management suite. Orbit Online is a complete CRM software for diverse organizations thanks to RFP management and third-party integrations.
Cons:
Desktop notifications do not work sometimes, and Gmail integrations arent working. Overall, the different functions have worked well for us but they do lag or glitch at times. I would really like this issue resolved because it happens frequently now.
