Relenta serves as a user-friendly Contact Relationship Manager, drip email campaign manager, autoresponder and shared database. It is a combination of several essential functions into a single web-based application. I rely on Relenta for business development, guiding clients throughout the process and post-sale communication. In previous companies, I also used Relenta for HR communication, including onboarding and regular employee correspondence. The ability to create groups and multiple databases in Relenta offers various ways to build and manage communication channels.
Cons
I will prefer more API connections. (Relenta uses REST, which is not difficult to build or is inexpensive if you need something custom.)
