The ZEP team provides excellent user support.
Cons
At times, evaluating and creating graphs can be cumbersome. However, I like the fact that the development team takes suggestions into account and implements them in subsequent releases.

Despite the initial complexity, integrating it into our company's operations was surprisingly quick. The modular structure allows us to customize the software according to our specific needs. I must highlight the helpful and solution-oriented support, which quickly addresses any questions or concerns.
Cons
While the program offers modularity, it lacks the option to adapt to specific cases. We can use workarounds, but they aren't a foolproof solution. The reporting options are undoubtedly helpful but lack customization. This sometimes leads to manual processes that are prone to errors.

“The user interface could use an update”
Pros
Projects can be evaluated effectively now and all legal aspects of time recording are thoroughly covered. The software fully complies with the Working Hours Act.
Cons
We don't have a clocking in and out function, and the user interface feels a bit outdated. There are certainly better systems available. The reports could be more user-friendly as well. In my opinion, there's room for improvement in analyzing missing clocking times.
