I absolutely love ManageGo's maintenance issues feature, which surpasses all other real estate software in the market. Their management of "packages" and "amenities" is also topnotch, offering the latest options that overshadow those of oldf ashioned competitors.

Cons

I believe there is room for more reporting options and features, which I'm confident will be added over time as more users provide feedback on their priorities.

Does the Trick

Pros

This software is just what I needed comprehensive enough to meet all my requirements without overwhelming me with unnecessary details. I don't need a college degree to operate it, which is a relief.

Cons

Occasionally, I come across moments where I would like to see an additional feature, but it doesn't significantly impact the functionality, and the company is always receptive to new ideas.

The simplicity and userfriendliness of ManageGo make it a breeze to use for both landlords and tenants. I find it extremely easy to navigate and interact with on both the landlord and tenant portals.

Cons

I prefer not to use multiple programs to avoid any potential information loss between them. However, we had a positive experience using an API.

I love how everything I need is just a simple click away, without the need for excessive navigation throughout the site.

Cons

Unless I simply need more training, I struggle to find old work orders in the system. Apart from that, I am completely satisfied.

Pros

ManageGo is incredibly user friendly and easy to learn. I rely on it daily to manage payments, work orders, and leases. The tenant app is quick and straightforward, making it easy for me to guide residents on how to log in and make payments. It seamlessly integrates with our other property management software, and I appreciate that residents can submit their own work orders through the portal.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a breakdown of charges on the tenant's side of the app, like an account ledger.

The integration with Rent Manager isn't as seamless as other integrations, and there have been some past glitches with payment processing that were understandably frustrating at the time.
