Equiem organizes property operations and provides performance data. It allows tenants to easily submit any type of request, which is then sent to the correct operational team for a quick answer. The tool provides status updates, compares team performance, and offers information on repeating issues to increase transparency and accountability for the property team.

This system allows building hosts to easily create appointments for guests. An automatic email notification is sent to the guest with all the appointment details. Hosts can track all upcoming appointments in the "My Appointments" view and are notified when the guest checks into the building. This system provides management and reception current information about who is in the building and when they arrive, which is necessary for security.

The Bookings capability gives property teams control with flexible rules and custom pricing tiers for facility reservations. It enables scheduling for diverse assets, including meeting rooms, hot desks, electric vehicle chargers, and freight elevators. This core function helps property teams share bookable assets efficiently and achieve optimal use of the property.

Equiem software provides an in-depth analysis of lease activities across a portfolio to inform a thoughtful, proactive strategy. It actively tracks important numbers, such as lease expiration dates, occupancy rates, and detailed tenant demographics. By understanding these exact tenant needs and behaviors, customers can make smarter decisions about asset management and investments.

The User Management feature is available within the Equiem One platform. It allows staff, specifically the Property Manager and Workplace Manager, to organize and maintain the profiles of all users who have access to the platform at a site. A property manager can view and manage all users across the property, while a workplace manager is restricted to managing users for their specific company. This capability ensures effective control over user access and accounts.
