“Simplified work management”

Pros

Running several modules at once like Projects, Document Management, CRM and CMS has worked out really well because everything is connected and data links automatically across the platform. At my previous firm, the Enterprise Document Management system was complicated and slow and sharing files with outside parties was a real struggle. With this setup, handling all kinds of documents with internal teams and clients is much more simple and the search function is impressively fast. Creating polished content in the CMS also takes very little time and the CRM keeps every message thread in one place so relationship management is clear at a glance.

Cons

The only thing currently missing is email templates for newsletters although that is expected in the next release.

“strong analytics and retention tools”

Pros

Operational efficiency and sales analytics are a major priority for our team and a lot of that depends on smart process automation. Since bringing in this tool, we've improved customer retention and seen better results across several efficiency metrics. Another big plus was how open they were to feedback and their willingness to tailor the analytics to fit what we actually needed.

Cons

It's missing a feature for posting property listings directly to property websites.

Pros

Compared with a lot of platforms that only really cater to residential, this one covers the full range of property types and does it well. Among the options we reviewed that support all types, the functionality here felt far more capable and we've also valued their willingness to tailor the system during implementation and continue customizing it as needed. We use it to handle the daily work around leasing, payments, maintenance, vacancy tracking and lead management and the reporting is detailed enough for deeper analysis. It also manages contract signing with e-signatures for multiple parties, plus document storage, invoicing and accounting. The vacancy search and lead management tools are especially impressive. Tenants can enter highly specific requirements, not just location and RSF but also commercial needs like square footage or concierge/on-site maintenance, industrial requirements such as minimum clear height or number of docks, retail preferences like a breakpoint and residential criteria with more than 20 options including gym, balcony, parquet, or wheelchair access. You can enter one tenant and instantly see all matching properties, or enter one property and get all matching tenants within seconds.

Cons

The one gap for us is that company credit checks are not built in, so we still rely on standard credit agencies for that piece.
