Pros

Getting comfortable with this software takes very little time and the interface feels clean and easy to use. Managing lead follow ups is simple and clearing overdue tasks is also quite convenient.

Cons

The smaller font size can be a bit hard to read at times and the black theme makes follow up work more difficult especially in low-light conditions.
