“poor support and broken app”
Pros
It costs less than hiring a traditional property manager but that lower price really shows. Honestly the price is the only thing I can point to as a positive.
Cons
Support is extremely limited and they seem to stop replying around 3 PM PST even though they claim to be available until 6 PM PST. The website and mobile app both have a lot of technical problems and several app features simply do not work. Contracts are not stored anywhere that is easy to find or access. If you are new to renting I would not recommend it because you end up having to do a lot of the work yourself. On top of that they raised the pricing to $65 plus $395 for placement.

Pros
One of the things I enjoyed most while trying this software was how user friendly it feels and how simple it is to use. It's also open source which is a big plus and I can run it on both Windows and Mac OS without any trouble.
Cons
Support does reply quickly but I still think there are several areas that need refinement especially the user interface.

It really cuts out a lot of the unnecessary middle layer that always felt like wasted money to me. There are still a few things I'd like to see improved but at this stage it feels like the best option available. I also have a lot of confidence that the company will keep making it better over time. The interface is lovely too.
Cons
Communication has been very good although I'd appreciate a quicker pace. I also think the app still has some work to do when it comes to building trust. I'm really happy with it now but deciding to make the switch was definitely not an easy choice.
