“Tenant portal saves hours”
Pros
Right away the software felt very user friendly. The tenant portal has cut down tenant calls a lot since they can log in and view invoices, submit maintenance requests and check their lease information on their own. The automatic rent calculations for prorated amounts and late fees also save me a lot of time every month. It's not often you come across such a complete property management tool without paying a high price for it.

At this point I really don't have any complaints. Everything has been working well so far.
