“friendly support every time”
Pros
One of the best parts of using this software was the customer support. The team was consistently friendly, helpful and clearly knew the system well whenever we needed assistance.
Cons
Getting started with it was challenging at first. It felt a bit clunky and wasn't especially accessible for most users although it made a little more sense to those of us who tend to prefer IBM style systems over Apple. Unfortunately that learning difficulty was one of the two reasons my boss decided to switch to a different system.

“outdated fit for boutiques”
Pros
Honestly there isn't much that stands out. It feels a bit quirky and the interface comes across as dated like it was designed for a different era. It may suit a Best Western type of property but it really doesn't align well with a small boutique hotel trying to offer a more elevated experience.
Cons
A frustrating part is having to dig around to find new reservations especially since there's no way to search using the reservation number.

“Geat visibility and fast bookings”
Pros
From the moment I log in to it I get a clear view of everything happening across the property. Being able to check things remotely from my phone, tablet or computer saves a lot of time and lets me focus more on guest needs. My staff also benefits from how simple it is to make reservations quickly and the check-in and check out process is fast, efficient and can even be paperless. Altogether it creates a organized experience that our guests really appreciate.
Cons
I'd still love to see more housekeeping tools especially features for assigning rooms and tracking progress. From what I understand they're already working on that.
