reliable for large operations

Pros

It works particularly well in larger operations. There's no need to call around and it's simple to get connected with the right department whenever there's a specific request.

Cons

At this point I haven't run into any major problems. The only downside has been the login process since the system requires codes and updating those codes felt a bit complicated and time consuming. It just takes longer than expected. In large operations (especially during busy times) if something comes up like a cleaning issue or a technical problem it needs to be reported right away. In those situations having to deal with codes and log in again can slow things down a little.
