“Amazing platform!”
Pros
Roughly six months ago, I joined the Blueprint at Property X and honestly it's been one of the best decisions I've made. I wanted to get into property but at the time I was speaking with lots of different people in the industry and everyone was pushing a different strategy like flips, BTLs, Airbnb and more. It left me feeling completely unsure of which direction to take and I knew I needed proper guidance, advice and clarity. That's what led me to Justin. He felt relatable, he'd already achieved what I was aiming for and most importantly, he was still actively involved in property which mattered a lot to me. Looking back, I'm really thankful I didn't buy a property before joining Property X because what I've learned has been invaluable. It has already saved me money by helping me avoid mistakes I definitely would have made otherwise. From start to finish and even after, both Steve and Justin have continued to offer advice and support through calls, voice notes and messages. The course modules on their own are incredibly detailed and there are loads of them. The weekly touch points are really useful as well and being connected to other people in property that I never would have met without Property X has been a huge benefit. Just last weekend we had a mastermind in London and it was brilliant. It genuinely gets you motivated and you come away learning so much. Being in the right rooms with the right people has made a massive difference for me. I really can't recommend it enough. I was quite hesitant at the beginning because I'd never invested in education before but it was absolutely worth it. Like anything though, you get out what you put in so if you do the work, stay focused and pay attention, you'll absolutely move closer to your goals.

Pros
Joining Property X gave me the structure and clearer direction I was looking for and it's been a really positive experience. In a field where there's often a lot of conflicting advice, this has felt like a breath of fresh air. The approach comes across as grounded and practical instead of being overhyped. The support and guidance have been reliable and they've helped me handle things in a more consistent and organised way. I'm still at an early stage but overall I've had a very positive experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting something more genuine and action-focused.

“authentic mentoring and real momentum”
Pros
After checking out quite a few property mentors, I joined Property X in August last year and the authenticity was obvious from the start. There was just something about Justin that clicked with me and I felt straight away that he was the right mentor to learn from. The training modules are excellent everything is broken down clearly, simple to follow and actually practical enough to put into action. Justin teaches in a way that really lands and the results people in the community are getting prove that it works. I managed to secure my first auction property within 4 months of joining. One thing Justin constantly reinforces is that knowledge means very little if you do nothing with it taking action is everything. The mastermind events and meetups are on another level too. Being around other mentees who are landing multiple properties, building their presence on social media and even going full time in property is incredibly motivating. Steve, Justin's right-hand man, also deserves a lot of credit. His negotiation skills are outstanding and he genuinely supports every single member. Without Property X, I'd probably still be stuck with the same mindset and the same level of knowledge. I originally joined thinking I'd buy one property but now I'm aiming for 10+.
