“Manages everything perfectly”
Pros
Unlike a lot of property management systems that only cover the bare minimum on the financial side and usually need to connect with a separate ledger solution, It handles this much better for us. Since it's built on Microsoft's cloud ERP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, it really combines strong property management tools with powerful financial capabilities in one platform.
Cons
The tenant portal in this tool gives tenants the basic self-service options they need and it's simple to explore but the design could be more polished and it would benefit from a wider range of features. That said it feels like something that will continue to improve over time and eventually deliver a richer tenant experience.

Cons
Support could be stronger and updates with new functionality feel limited. Rental agreement management also needs improvement.
