helpful support and training

Pros

Onboarding with the system is easy and the regular training sessions are really useful. Customer service has also been excellent whenever help is needed.

Cons

The group bookings and group folio features still need more work. Right now, there's no way to create one group folio and send it to a single guest so individual bookings have to be emailed separately for the same group. It's also frustrating that credit card payments from OTAs like Booking.com can't be processed.

reliable booking support and setup

Pros

Handling guests' cancellation and reservation change requests has been very convenient with this product. The setup process was easy and using it day to day is convenient and practical. Another big plus is that their support team is consistently available and helpful whenever assistance is needed.

Cons

One issue is that it does not provide support on weekends. Also, private training sessions come with additional charges.
