Being able to choose how challenging the client will be on each call is a big plus and the scenarios look realistic enough that it actually seems like a real sales conversation.

Pros

Role play is where this tool really shines for sales training. Rather than reading from scripts or practicing with disengaged coworkers, you get to interact with believable AI buyers in realistic cold call and discovery call situations. The back and forth seems natural and the AI handles questions and objections in a smart, convincing way. It's also nice that you can pick from ready made scenarios or build your own which is especially useful for niche industries that need product-specific training. After each session the transcript and detailed feedback are genuinely helpful, showing exactly what went well and what needs work, from uncovering pain points to presenting value and locking in next steps. The scoring system adds a fun, competitive element for both solo users and teams.

Cons

One thing that takes away from the realism a bit is the short delay between your response and the AI replying during role play. It doesn't feel quite as immediate as talking to a real person, even though the experience is still very good overall.

Pros

One thing I really like is how quickly it helps me tackle challenges while still supporting my team at the same time. It's simple for both my team and me to use and it really improves how we handle conversations and respond to client questions.

Cons

There's not much to complain about although I do wish it had integration with Twilio.
