I love it!

Pros:
The Telemedicine portal has made it easier for me to take appointments online which is ideal for this pandemic lockdown situation. The insurance claims no longer take me hours to file.
Cons:
They should add options for recurring appointments for the regular patients.

Good software bad service

Pros:
It is easy to use and anyone can set it up themselves.
Cons:
There is no way to reach out to customer support even when you have an emergency. It is highly unprofessional of them to not return our calls.

Review

Pros:
It is easy to use and they have a mobile application too.
Cons:
The software keeps crashing and for a medical institute of our size billing becomes a nightmare. To top it all off the customer care is unresponsive and does not bother to return our calls.

Disappointed with the customer service

Pros:
The software in itself is very intuitive and user-friendly. We have had no problems using it and all our records are secure now.
Cons:
We have tried to reach out to customer service so many times but there has been no response. It is very frustrating when such a good software offers no support.

Makes electronic billing a piece of cake!

Pros:
We have had no issues processing insurance claims and everything has been going smoothly. All the payments made so far have been in the correct amount and sent to the right accounts.
Cons:
Their customer service should be reachable through the phone because trying to figure out how to resolve an issue from their online response is tricky.

Unprofessional customer service representatives

Pros:
I have no issues with the software. It is easy to learn and has a very intuitive design which allows me to quickly get the job done.
Cons:
They sent us the wrong bill for the first month and when we contacted them to get it corrected there was no response for weeks.

Easy usability but terrible customer service

Pros:
We like the fact that the billing and scheduling can now be accomplished with the same software. It is easy to use and our employees were able to switch with little trouble.
Cons:
It is a struggle to connect with their customer service and it sometimes takes them weeks to get back which results in a lot of mismanagement and wasted time.

Pros:
