Yodeck is a web-based digital signage software that enables entrepreneurs and small to midsize businesses to create and manage monitors online, conveniently over their laptops, tablets, or smartphones. Users can easily upload images, PDFs, Word, videos, and excel files to monitors with Yodeck. Some of the key features are content scheduling, content library, layout management, media library, SSL security, visual editor, visual dashboard, media RSS digital menu boards, playlist management, and digital signage.

The Yodeck Management Panel supports mobile browsers allowing users to make changes on the go. It also enables users to design custom standard templates with the drag-and-drop editing tool. Seamless integration with a variety of third-party applications is provided.

Pricing: Yodeck pricing is based on per month, per-screen basis

USP: Yodeck Playbox, based on the Raspberry Pi 3 supports almost any file type. Users can upload custom-designed widgets.

Support: Support can be accessed via online email, phone, online help desk, and documentation.

Product Advantages: Very reliable and easy to use the software. The product ensures screen safety with its top-notch encryption, firewall, and other security features.

Product Limitations: Documentation is too complex for non-tech users. Weak reseller UI.

The widgets offered on the screen are a great benefit. Scheduling is done easily because of how comprehensive and intuitive the interface is throughout the software. We have loved using Yodeck.

Cons

W could use some more widgets and layout options but other than that everything works seamless

Yodeck is easily the best digital signage solution you could use to manage your workspace screens for an incredibly low price. The software is super easy to set up and use and the customer support is easily accessible and highly helpful.

Cons

The wifi password changing process could be made easier. Other than that, the software works like a dream.
