Pros:The tool provides us an easy payment gateway with a comprehensive user-friendly interface. Submitting receipts and reimbursements are made with very little effort. You can easily add images to receipt pdfs using the drag&drop feature.
Cons:It's hard to have a timeline of when costs will be approved since that depends on the administrator or manager manually saying yes to them (at least in our case). But, once funds are approved it's pretty quickly deposited into your bank account.
Pros:Abacus offers a user-friendly expense tracking software. Quick and easy to categorize expenses appropriately.
Cons:We haven't encountered any issues with the system.
Pros:Abacus has proved to be very beneficial for our business. It has saved us a lot of time and effort with its easy expense tracking tools, submitting and approving bills with minimal effort in a streamlined manner to keep the work flowing throughout the day.
Cons:I don't think there are any real cons to this software other than maybe a slightly dated user interface design.

Cons:No major cons other than occasional bugs in the phone app but restarting it usually makes them disappear.
Pros:Love the system's functionality. It's linked to a vast database of clients. The user interface is easy to use, you can easily access summarized data previews whenever needed.
