MHC Automation Features
Transaction Processing
MHC Automation software supports finance teams by simplifying transaction lifecycles through automation. Invoice processing, invoice matching, reconciliations, and scheduling tasks are handled consistently, cutting manual effort and delays. The result is stronger accuracy, improved compliance, and more predictable cash flow for organizations handling high volumes of payments.
Payroll Processing
The platform helps companies manage payroll with greater efficiency by automating calculations, deductions, and disbursements. It generates accurate pay slips, files payroll taxes, and ensures timeliness. This reduces errors, strengthens compliance with regulations, and provides employees with confidence in their compensation and the accuracy of their reporting each pay period.
Expense Management
MHC Automation features support corporate expense oversight by automating approvals and reimbursements. Employees submit claims digitally, while managers verify and authorize within set rules. This minimizes delays, enforces policy compliance, and improves visibility into organizational spending. Businesses can keep costs under control and improve accountability across departments.
Fraud Detection
The platform identifies irregularities by monitoring financial transactions for exceptions. It flags suspicious activity in real time, allowing finance staff to intervene quickly. “Seeing Real Improvements and Added Value”
Pros
We have recently begun using more of the system's features which has given us extra insights and added value. The support team now responds much faster and communication is clearer. I have not changed my overall rating since this improvement came after earlier issues but if it stays this way, I would gladly give it full marks in the future.
Cons
Honestly just keep it up as the things have improved a lot this year.

“Made things much clearer for us”
Pros
One feature I value most is the per document tagging option. We handle various grant files and being able to apply custom metadata helps us stay compliant and ensures files don't get lost or misclassified. Plus the flexible routing for multiple approvers has been a game changer, adapting perfectly to our needs whether it's simple expense reports from volunteers or multi million dollar project proposals.
Cons
The built in reporting tools are strong but they sometimes fall short when we need very specific cross departmental data aggregation for donor reporting. We also noticed that newer custom form types required a steeper learning curve than expected for non technical staff. Plus having a smoother mobile experience to review complex documents would also be a great improvement.
