“Gets the job done fast”
Pros
Our old billing setup was painfully slow and clunky with terrible support that never followed through on promises. This platform delivered exactly what we needed and their customer support has been outstanding. When we requested changes, they handled them quickly and efficiently. The entire rollout took under a month from signing up. We now process invoices and payments every day and everything is incredibly easy to use. The integration with our current systems went perfectly. In short we could not have asked for a smoother transition.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind that I would want to change about this system.

“New features keep appearing but some quirks still remain”
Pros
I have been using this system for around 2.5 years and keep discovering new features. The tax calculations are spot-on every time and invoicing runs smoothly without errors.
Cons
There are times when it feels like engineers built this without really understanding how accountants actually work. You will run into some annoying quirks and submission issues that are not easy to fix. To be fair spending more time in the system does help as this frustration has gotten better for me over the past year or so.

Cons
Setting up usage-based products can get tricky sometimes and I have had to reach out to support for help more than I would like.
