Clear impact stories

Pros

The UpMetrics framework for organizing our data and showing our impact is incredibly clear and meaningful. It has made telling the story of our nonprofit's work so much easier. We've brought together data that was once stuck in different departments to create one unified story of our impact. It saves us time and boosts our confidence in reporting by turning complex analysis into insights that are easy to understand.

Cons

Honestly, the only hiccup we had was starting with UpMetrics right when they were launching a new, upgraded platform. This meant we did our initial framework work offline and had to move it over once the new system was ready. But the wait was totally worth it.. the new platform is amazing.

great data analysis

Pros

This platform gives my organization a simple way to view, analyze and report on all the data we collect, from attendance and demographics to our annual program surveys. The filtering options are so powerful that we can really dig deep to uncover trends and understand our participants experiences. I also really appreciate how responsive the UpMetrics team is. They've taken the time to create a platform that feels tailored to our unique needs.

Cons

It's not really a con but we haven't started using the Goals or Stories features yet.

Effective for proposals

Pros

The virtual interface and data coding are very effective. It's one of the best tools for professionally organizing proposals and plans and for developing detailed results. It's definitely worth the price.

Cons

The dashboard could use an update and the software needs some newer templates.
