“Poor customer fidelity treatment

Their software works well.
Cons
Very shady business. After months of paying them, they suddenly removed the bank integrations feature from the starter plan and moved it to their most expensive plan, which is 5x the price. What's worse, they didn't communicate it at all. I only found out because the feature was straight up broken in the UI for me, and when I reached out, customer service told me it had been moved to a higher tier. What's EVEN worse is that their plans page was still showing bank integrations as included in my package. Poor way to treat paying customers. I don't recommend trusting them with your accounting. Shady company, better off finding another one.

Pros
I was using another accounting software for my e-invoicing and tax needs but it was really slow and hard to navigate. A friend recommended Wafeq and I am so grateful she did! Its an excellent accounting software that is much faster and easier to use. Plus, its quite affordable. I would recommend Wafeq to anyone in need of reliable accounting software.

I do not see any cons as its simple, easy and provides a great overall experience.
