Cons:
Poor customer support. No training videos to know about the use of the software. The assistance is also not provided. The owner only shows up when the time to collect the cheque comes.

The customer service is really terrible as they usually take more than a week or two to reply and they usually tell that the problem couldn't be solved and the case is closed.

Pros:
I only have positive things to say about Aprima! While I see a lot of people complaining and thinking about switching I have some advice for you; don't. What you need to do is assign a point person in your practice who learns Aprima inside out and is in charge of it. I understand that it is a complicated software but if you have one person learn and perfect their use of it, trust me there is nothing better out there!
Cons:
I cannot think of single bad thing to say!

Pros:
It is taking care of the issue of online record saving for my office. Its various tabs assist you with monitoring the data you have to record for every patient. It has the ability to monitor an enormous assortment of data on every patient. It keeps data efficient.
Cons:
The system is overwhelming, especially for new users. I’ve been using this software for two years now and I am still in the process of learning new things. It would be great if they include a notes section where every individual can log when they talked to the patient etc, it would make things a bit easier.
