“Meeting summaries save time”
Pros
Using BuildBetter.ai for both internal and external meetings has made a big difference because we no longer need to take notes manually. The AI generated summary is one of my favorite parts especially since it assigns action items to each person. I also really value the chat feature which lets me ask questions and quickly pull up specific moments from a meeting when I need to reference something. That makes finding the right information much faster and improves how efficiently I can go back and review details. The initial setup felt hassle free as well and it's nice to see that they're consistently rolling out new features.
Cons
One thing that is a little off is the robot avatar that joins the meeting. At times it's awkward when it enters automatically especially if someone else is hosting and assumes I intentionally added it. Because it appears almost like another attendee, it can be a bit jarring in the meeting. I'd much rather have it record in the background without showing up as a person.

One of the biggest factors in making AI genuinely transformative is having a flexible approach that's simple to understand and fits into existing workflows without friction. Another big plus is that every saved meeting is available in one central place which makes reviewing conversations with our company's prospects much more convenient.
