Powerful conversational AI platform

Pros

Using Cognigy.AI has been a really positive experience. It's a powerful and flexible platform, yet it still is easy to use. Another big advantage is its large and active community which adds a lot of value. So I'd definitely recommend it to businesses of any size that want to build conversational AI applications.

Cons

The only issue I have noticed is the password masking in the user interface...

One of the biggest advantages of Cognigy is its low-code/no-code approach which makes it possible for business users to improve their own processes without relying heavily on technical teams. It also makes scaling solutions much faster which is a huge benefit.
