Good tool

Pros

It's really easy to find parts and the best part? It works so smoothly with Tekmetric. I don't have to worry about switching between different systems or anything , everything just clicks together.

Cons

Sometimes, it's tough to tell if a part is really in stock. There have also been a few times where the price listed didn't match what the dealer charged me for the same part. That's been a bit frustrating.

Useful tool, even with some drawbacks

Pros

We use this software all day, every day. We've got around 12-15 techs in our shop and they all rely on this to check pricing and part numbers. The integration with Tekmetric is super smooth, no Issue at all. It's also really simple to learn and the part look-up process is quick. plus the diagrams are a lifesaver when we need a fast reference.

Cons

The information isn't always up to date, which can be a problem. Part numbers and prices sometimes don't match what's actually available. For European and Asian dealers we still have to call them directly for quotes. I can't always trust the info I'm seeing and honestly, I haven't noticed much customer support either.
