Pros:
I would go against popular opinion and say that it is very competitively priced. I mean, just consider the list of features it offers along with the stability, and you’d stop considering the price as a hurdle. It is incredibly simple to use, especially when managing a large team. We have been collaborating with each other with ease, and our managers love using it to handle time tracking for their respective teams. Customer support is also excellent. Bigtime has stopped us from spending extra on other software.
Cons:
The only thing that Bigtime is not perfect at is the actual clock-in and clock-out features. It basically means that sometimes the software is unable to keep accurate track of when you start and stop. which kinda questions the purpose of time-tracking software. We can be careful with our time handling to make sure the issue does not happen, but it is inconvenient to do so manually. The previous software we used was way better at time monitoring than this one. But BigTime actually allows better project management, which makes us stick with it.

Not the best, but definitely a good one.

Pros:
Bigtime is practically a giant project management dashboard, which contains all the data you need on one screen and is amazing! Generating expense reports, gathering project information, and handling client payments are streamlined and intuitive. All the features work in collaboration with each other to provide the most complete solution possible. The software is so simple that we have rarely felt the need to contact customer support since our own software team generally does the maintenance on their own. Quickbooks can be very easily integrated, which is an added plus, and data can be viewed very easily using built-in reports.
Cons:
There’s a sort of jockey app called BigTime Monitor, which itself is not really a service but still requires you to be constantly logged in, which is a nuisance at best and a waste of time at worst. They do work on it constantly, so I am sure it will be made into a proper service pretty soon so that we don't have to worry about it anymore.

One of the best time management programs out there.

Pros:
I have never used a software this perfect, which does exactly what you want and when you want it. Task management is so flawless that I have actually stopped double-checking the schedules and data entries. All the employees know what they are supposed to do and use BigTime to the max for the best possible results. We have been managing our tasks so perfectly by breaking them up into tiny, more manageable pieces. The biggest feature so far is the reporting module, which lets us create custom reports that closely match our requirements, and it has been really great working with it.
Cons:
The integrations with other apps are not great, and the software seems glitchy at times since one module might not properly communicate with another, which leads to missing data and even complete entries. The issues are fixed with a restart but sometimes require a more technical solution. It is a relief knowing that the support is actually there when you need it, and you can directly talk to a live agent to solve the problem as soon as possible.

All of the new features are fantastic, especially the new, easier-to-manipulate analytical tools. We hope that giving project managers this degree of authority with BigTime would reduce the manual paperwork burden.
