fantastic support team

Pros

One of the best parts of BatchDialer has been the customer support team. They've been amazing every time I have reached out and are consistently helpful.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that it can take quite a while for the line to connect with a lead.

dialing powerhouse for prospecting

Pros

After trying many dialers for different lead sources in my real estate cold calling, BatchDialer has easily become my favorite. I use it every time I prospect, usually 5 to 6 days a week. The platform is very simple to use and comes with really useful features like showing the property and owner details for the people you're calling, plus giving each campaign its own built-in script. Getting local phone numbers is quick and the monitoring helps keep those numbers in good shape. It also integrates well with my lead platforms and when it doesn't, uploading a list is still very easy. Setup was fast, getting started didn't take much effort and the one on one support call was fantastic. At this point, they have probably got me as a customer for life.

Cons

There was still a small learning curve at the beginning while I figured out the platform and how to tailor it to what I needed. That said I was already dialing on day one and felt like I really had it down by day two or three. The one on one support call also made the onboarding process even better.

faster calling with control

Pros

BatchDialer helps move through calls faster without feeling too aggressive and I really like that you stay completely in control. The initial setup is also very easy which makes getting started especially convenient.

Cons

It doesn't let you place as many calls per hour as predictive or power dialers so it's not the best fit when maximum volume is the priority. There's also still a limitation around call prioritization since most batch dialers work through lists in a fixed sequence. I'd really like to see it rank contacts by the best time to call, push high-value or time-sensitive leads to the top and use previous answer rates or call history to reorder the list more intelligently.
