“charged for months after cancellation”

Pros

Honestly, my experience was terrible and I really don't have anything positive to say about either the product or the team behind it.

Cons

I never even used the service but they still failed to process my cancellation request and ended up charging me for six months.

“let us reach people fast”

Pros

One thing that's worked really well is putting keywords on printed materials to move offline traffic online. This really helped us idenitfy the keywords that work best and so we were able to reach people fast, share information quickly and offer things like free shipping codes along with support whenever needed.

Cons

Nothing significant comes to mind right now. If anything, I'd maybe like to see a few more functions added to the mobile app.

Pros

Getting around the dashboard was very easy and everything felt simple to navigate.

Cons

It was missing some marketing features and tools like loyalty programs, contests and similar options would have made it more useful.
