Pros:Honestly, I am not too happy with it. It seems like they have a handful of people on their team who are inundated with work.
Cons:Their customer service is bad and we can never get clear answers about the issues we have.
Pros:I can double-check all patient-related information and even the billing.
Cons:Sometimes the features and information we enter in them take a while to update because the server is slow.
Pros:This platform is great for doctors, patients, insurance doctors, and everyone. I basically check electronic health records and existing prescription information to determine whether a customer qualifies for procedure coverage or not and if the procedure is safe given the current prescription medication that the customer is using. The doctors share the information through this platform which helps me double-check every health-related patient information to approve procedure payments.
Cons:There are times when I must wait longer than usual just because some features and information take a while to update on the server.
Pros:The system was made rather easy for us to navigate and understand; thanks to the brilliant implementation team at ChartLogic. I am mainly impressed with their support, be it implementation or customer support. Whenever we run into issues with the system, their capable customer support has always helped us out. Customization was done for us and then taught us so we can do it ourselves too. The training process was thorough and informative.
Cons:Even though I cannot praise enough as to how capable their customer support it, but sometimes they take more time than they should get back to us.
Pros:The system is easy to navigate and the ease of use made it possible for us to understand the ins and outs of the system quickly. Charting is super easy and not to mention completely customizable. ChartLogic EMR covers all the aspects as well as the needs of our practice. Starting from patient portal to schedule, charting and then prescriptions. Claims have now become easier for us to file. Customer support is capable and pleasant.
Cons:None so far since it hasn’t been long since we switched to this system.
Pros:I like the product for how efficiently it runs with our office. ChartLogic has given our providers their weekends back as they no longer have to take their work home with them because of ease of charting. The system is advanced and the upgrades are done timely.
Cons:The internal messaging system is not their strong suite I must say. Sometimes there is a lag and some issues which are fixed after a software update.
Pros:The overall system is quite easy to understand even by someone who doesn’t have an IT background. I am able to customize the notes and templates for my specialty and ease. The implementation team at ChartLogic has taught us well and their tremendous customer support has always assisted us with many challenges we face.
Cons:Some updates are rather inconvenient when they should be doing the opposite. I am a little apprehensive about the new updates since it disturbed my schedule a bit and has made it difficult for it to navigate.
Pros:After doing our research we found ChartLogic EMR to be the best suitable for the needs of our office. We use their EMR side of the system and can safely say that it gels well with alien software. The system is easy to maneuver and workflow is smooth and effective. We switched to ChartLogic from a server-based system and can say that the transition has been splendid.
Cons:It is accredited with all the government regulations, however, sometimes the updates take longer than it should.
Pros:The reason why I like ChartLogic EMR is because of its ease of use. The system is easy to maneuver and the flow is quite smooth. During the implementation process, our main concern was templates which were addressed by their capable team. We are able to customize the system notes fully.
Cons:The only challenge I sometimes face is its integration with external software.
Pros:ChartLogic completely customized the solution for the needs of our doctors as well as the office. I’m especially impressed with their billing system. The implementation team was proficient and the process ran smoothly as well as their customer service. The system is easy to navigate and the overall workflow is smooth.
Cons:We are looking for more flexibility in entering the right codes for medications as well as the treatment.
