“Fast workflow docs for handoffs”
Pros
What I really like about Tango is how quickly it lets me turn a process into step-by-step documentation without sitting there typing every instruction manually. I use it for client-facing guides around CRM updates, automation changes and onboarding workflows and it has taken a lot of the manual effort out of that work. As I move through a task, it captures my clicks automatically and builds clean documentation with screenshots which honestly saves me hours every month compared with writing SOPs from scratch. For process handoffs, I've found it especially useful because I can share something that feels clear organized and genuinely simple for clients or internal team members to follow.
Cons
My main frustration is that the screenshot editing features still feel a bit limited for what I need. I'd really appreciate more control over annotations, a built-in way to blur sensitive details and a simpler option for rearranging steps directly inside the platform. Whenever I want the final documentation to look a little more polished, I usually have to export it first and then make a few extra edits in another tool which adds an extra step to the process.

“Clean guides that teams love”
Pros
So far I've been able to put together knowledge base articles for our new POS and e-commerce system pretty quickly. What stands out to me is how polished and organized everything looks and our leadership team has even pointed out how clean the final guides are and how simple they are for users to follow. From what I've seen, our education team has been using Tango without any issues and I haven't gotten a single question from them about how the service works which says a lot to me.
Cons
I already have two more articles planned for this week and another two departments are set to start using Tango next week. Because of that, I can tell we'll probably be leaning on this platform quite a bit for upcoming implementations and training efforts. One thing I personally really appreciate is how simple it feels to open Tango and immediately begin creating a new article.

“Fantastic for process documentation!”
Pros
With Tango I can turn a process into clear documentation for both our internal HR team and the rest of the company. As I move through each task, I can have Tango automatically capture step-by-step screenshots and add action labels for me which saves me a lot of time. From there, I'm able to edit the images when needed, whether that means blurring sensitive details, zooming in on something important or adjusting the labels for each step. Once everything looks right, I can copy the finished guide and place it onto my company letterhead which makes the final result look polished and ready to share.
Cons
Haven't run into anything in the platform that I dislike.
