Pros
It's really easy to use and figure out. Setting it up was a piece of cake and training others to use it once we launched was just as simple.
Cons
Outlook doesn't integrate right now but I've been told it'll be available before the end of 2025.

I love how clean and sleek it looks. It's simple on the backend too which makes managing everything a lot easier.
Cons
There were a few features I expected to be available but we had to do some customizations to make them work.

Pros
I like how any changes made to links or profile information automatically update across the entire site. For instance, if someone's supervisor changes, it reflects on their profile too. Plus it's so simple that even non-web-savvy people can create and manage their own sites easily.
Cons
The fact that I have to remove or reassign ownership of a user's content before I can remove them from the system can be a hassle. I get that it's a "social intranet," but it would be great to share working files directly in the system (like letting multiple people work on the same document). That would be a big improvement.
