Pros

It is great that it offers a subscription model, which means we can alter our package at any time (and even cancel it). The user interface is simple to use and, as a result, the user training has been minimal. I like that we can create our own workflows and I enjoyed getting to know the Aurigo implementation team. The software is very stable and has never crashed on me as far as I can remember.

Cons

The custom reports are challenging to build and there is little to no support for them. I cannot add photos to reports. And the email notification system should be able to send out emails based on roles and not individuals.

Pros

Aurigo has enabled us to truly manage where our cash is being spent and how well it is being utilized. You have the biggest advantage of this system right here. Ill give the services five stars because theyre so fantastic. It has the best and most unique cloud-based products for managing capital assets and portfolios, as well as the life cycle of a construction project.

Cons

It lacks a lot of features when you compare it to other software like Procore. That is somewhat made up by its low cost, though. And its integrations with other applications are mostly hit-or-miss.

Pros

Aurigo has been great at capital planning for my company. It has an amazing team of well-trained professionals who are aware of problems (if any) and fix them before we even complain. Thanks to Aurigo, we have never had to look for an alternative and are willing to stay with them for a very long time.

Cons

I haven’t spent much time with the system, so there’s not really a ‘con’ to report. However, some training videos would have been appreciated.

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is to submit documents and how much paper effort is saved when carrying out a projects numerous tasks. There’s a to-do list that pops up as soon as I sign in. It is another great feature that reminds me of what I need to do or what I missed. I also enjoy using the status history that is given for each action because it helps me monitor my progress.

Cons

The software doesn’t allow edits once an item has been submitted, which ends up increasing our time spent. I also want to know when a new actionable item shows up on the dashboard.

Pros

The Aurigo staff has been a pleasure to work with. They are competent, informed, and more than happy to configure a system to meet the demands of the client. I use it for project and portfolio management and it has been great! It also has a proper working mobile app which allows offline work, so I don’t have to postpone updating the projects on far-away or underground construction sites.

Cons

Integrations are severely lacking, so I have to constantly switch to other programs for different needs. Other than that, the UI feels outdated, but that does not interfere with its capabilities.

Pros

It has a lot of pre-built modules like planning and bidding, which bring out the best possible savings in both time and cost. And it neatly integrated with other apps we routinely used, which was an additional advantage for us to switch to Aurigo.

Cons

We had a lot of trouble during the implementation phase (mainly due to a lack of technical staff at our end), and there was not enough support available from Aurigo to help us through. Customer support is great, theres no doubt about that. I just wish it was as great with implementation as it is right now.

Pros

When my team implemented this package few years ago, its primary focus was on civil engineering projects such as roads, etc. We were informed that they were targeting universities and users maintaining a campus of buildings. The promise sounded good, the individuals we collaborated with during training and implementation were good, but unfortunately, the system never worked for us.

Cons

It simply did not deliver what we were promised. After a year of frustration, we eventually abandoned it. While I cannot speak for every organization or industry and the package may have evolved in the last couple of years, our experience with it was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise taking caution if considering this package to ensure it aligns with your business needs.
