Create both simple itemized estimates and detailed, long-form proposals with a breakdown of project costs. Send these proposals to customers for easy digital approval, enabling you to create a project directly from an approved estimate with a single click.
Progress Billing
Streamline invoicing for larger, longer-duration projects using the simple ‘Progress and AIA’ style billing software. This feature allows you to bill clients in phases based on a percentage of project completion, which helps to accelerate cash flow and improve overall financial health.

Mid Market, 101-500 employees
“Ease to use Construction Management platform”
Pros
I find it really simple to move around between all the different features which is great since I am not super tech savvy.
Cons
I use this multiple times daily and honestly can't think of any real downsides to mention.

“Disappointing experience!”
Pros
Nothing good to mention here. I really struggle with the proposal feature since it doesn't give me control over pricing breakdowns. What frustrates me most is not being able to choose whether clients see the detailed breakdown in their version.
Cons
The invoice screen doesnt show customer names or job numbers which makes staying organized really difficult. I've run into quite a few issues that actually make my work more complicated instead of simpler. Frustrating experience!

“User friendly Construction Management Software”
Pros
Its simple to get the hang of and I can handle entire projects from beginning to end without much effort.
Cons
I wish the invoice screen showed customer names and job numbers. That would make things much easier apart from that I really dont have any issues with it.
